Closure requests

Users and professionals may request account closure through the platform or support channels, subject to identity verification and completion of outstanding platform obligations.

What may remain

• Data required for tax, audit, fraud review, dispute resolution, or court and regulatory compliance may be retained for the required period.
• De-identified or aggregated data may continue to be used where lawful.

Restrictions before closure

Closure may be deferred where there are unresolved payments, active disputes, suspected fraud, pending investigations, or legal holds affecting the account.
