Elite lawyers, advocates, senior counsel, law firms, and legal professionals using AI drafting or researched drafting remain responsible for professional judgment, client confidentiality, Bar Council compliance, conflict checks, and final work-product approval.

Permitted use

• Draft from matter facts, uploaded documents, consultation transcripts, court data, notes, tasks, and approved templates.
• Generate notices, replies, petitions, applications, contracts, research memos, hearing prep notes, order impact notes, and client updates for review.
• Maintain clause libraries, templates, versions, and branded exports where enabled.

Restrictions

• Do not file, send, or rely on AI output without professional review.
• Do not use AI to fabricate citations, facts, evidence, signatures, affidavits, or client instructions.
• Do not expose enterprise internal notes or client confidential information outside permitted workspace access.

Branding and exports

Elite/custom plans may use approved lawyer or firm branding in exports. Starter and Pro plan exports may use Barrister24 branding or watermarking according to subscription rules.
