Enterprise Tenant Terms

Terms for enterprise tenants using Barrister24 white-label legal workspaces, matter management, court intelligence, AI workbench, documents, tasks, alerts, and audit logs.

Scope

These Enterprise Tenant Terms apply to organizations, law firms, regulated entities, partner platforms, and internal users who access a Barrister24 enterprise or white-label legal operations workspace.

Tenant administration

  • Enterprise setup, branding, users, roles, integrations, and workflow configuration are controlled by authorized tenant administrators and Barrister24 super-admin operations.
  • Tenant administrators are responsible for inviting authorized users, removing leavers, assigning correct roles, and ensuring users act within their business authority.
  • Each tenant must preserve confidentiality of account credentials, documents, court data, AI outputs, reports, and client/business records.

White-label and partner use

A white-label workspace may display tenant branding, colors, logos, domains, support references, and workflow names. Platform IP, core software, security controls, and backend infrastructure remain owned or controlled by Vidhivrtti Solutions LLP unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

AI and legal review

AI outputs, summaries, researched drafts, issue lists, management notes, and suggested actions are assistive work products. They must be reviewed by the tenant's legal team, advocate, or authorized professional before use, filing, dispatch, or reliance.

Court data and third-party dependencies

Court-data workflows depend on backend vendor integrations, court availability, source systems, and refresh schedules. Official court records and professional verification prevail over platform sync status in urgent or deadline-sensitive matters.

Suspension and restrictions

Barrister24 may restrict workspace functions for security risk, payment default, misuse, unlawful activity, regulator or court direction, or breach of applicable agreements.
