Who may complain
Users, lawyers, firms, partners, and other affected parties may raise grievances relating to platform access, billing, misinformation, profile issues, support handling, or policy violations.
Intake and acknowledgement
Complaints should include the account identifier, issue summary, relevant screenshots or transaction details, and the requested resolution. The platform aims to acknowledge legitimate complaints within a reasonable operational window.
Resolution workflow
- Triage for safety, fraud, financial, or legal risk.
- Assignment to product, support, finance, or compliance owners.
- Outcome communication, including any further escalation path where appropriate.
Escalation
Complex or unresolved matters may be escalated internally to compliance or legal review depending on the issue type.
