Ownership allocation

Where documentation work is commissioned through the platform for a user, firm, or platform workflow, the resulting deliverable may be subject to the specific contract, client instruction, or platform work-order terms governing ownership and use.

Confidentiality

Drafts, deal information, client instructions, and unpublished work product must be kept confidential and not reused for unrelated work unless clearly permitted.

Restricted reuse

Lawyers may not resell, republish, or disclose platform-commissioned documentation in a manner inconsistent with confidentiality duties, client instructions, or platform policies.
