Earnings recognition

Earnings are recognized according to the platform's confirmed service-delivery logic and settlement rules. Platform fees, taxes, reversals, and approved adjustments may apply before amounts become withdrawable.

Payout controls

• Payouts are subject to wallet availability, KYC or bank validation, fraud review, and compliance checks.
• Amounts already adjusted for platform share should not be reduced again at withdrawal stage unless a lawful reversal applies.

Taxes

TDS, GST, and other tax consequences remain subject to applicable law and the lawyer's own tax position. Platform-generated values are operational records and not tax advice.
