Lawyer Exit & Termination Policy
Operational rules for advocate offboarding, profile removal, residual obligations, and platform enforcement.
Voluntary exit
A lawyer may request deactivation or exit subject to completion of active obligations, open sessions, chargeback reviews, and unresolved support issues.
Platform-initiated termination
The platform may suspend or terminate access for fraud, misconduct, repeated service failures, regulatory risk, or material breach of published policies.
Post-exit handling
Residual financial, tax, audit, evidence-preservation, and dispute-handling obligations may survive exit to the extent required by law or platform records.
