Refund & Cancellation Policy

Rules governing cancellations, failed bookings, duplicate charges, wallet reversals, and service-specific refunds.

General rule

Refund eligibility depends on the service stage, reason for failure, counterpart behavior, charge status, and whether the service was already substantially delivered.

Typical refundable situations

  • Duplicate payments or gateway duplication.
  • Platform-side booking failure or payment capture without session creation.
  • Lawyer or platform cancellation before service delivery where no equivalent alternative is accepted.

Typical non-refundable situations

  • Completed consultations or materially delivered services.
  • User no-shows or last-minute cancellations where a lawyer has already reserved time.
  • Abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

Refund method

Approved amounts may be reversed to the original payment source, added to platform wallet credit, or adjusted against another transaction depending on the payment channel and operational feasibility.
