The master platform agreement governing access to Barrister24 by visitors, registered users, lawyers, firms, and administrators.

Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Barrister24 and connected domains, products, APIs, dashboards, and communication tools operated by Vidhivrtti Solutions LLP.

Platform role

• Barrister24 is a technology platform and not a law firm.
• Listing, scheduling, messaging, document exchange, payments, and call tools are platform services.
• No content on the platform constitutes legal advice from Vidhivrtti Solutions LLP.

User obligations

• Provide accurate information during registration and onboarding.
• Do not impersonate another person, misuse credentials, or upload unlawful content.
• Use the platform only for lawful legal-service discovery, consultation, documentation, and related workflows.

Lawyer and firm obligations

• Maintain valid credentials, licenses, and truthful profiles.
• Comply with applicable Bar Council standards and platform conduct rules.
• Honor confirmed sessions and respond within required platform timelines.

Payments and cancellations

Charges, refunds, wallet credits, and payout rules are governed by applicable fee disclosures, refund policies, and lawyer or firm payout policies published on the platform.

Suspension and termination

The platform may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for fraud, repeated abuse, regulatory risk, chargeback abuse, impersonation, or material breach of these Terms.
