Terms for branded Barrister24 white-label legal workspaces, custom domains, tenant branding, end-user disclosures, and platform IP ownership.

Branding rights

White-label tenants may configure approved logos, colors, favicon, custom subdomain or domain, email branding, PDF/DOCX branding, and workflow labels where enabled by plan or contract.

Disclosure and responsibility

• Tenants must not misrepresent Barrister24 as an official court, government, regulator, or guaranteed legal-outcome provider.
• Tenant admins must ensure users understand applicable support channels, privacy notices, legal disclaimers, and professional review requirements.
• Custom branding does not remove platform security controls, audit logs, policy obligations, or backend governance.

Ownership

The tenant owns its own marks and lawful uploaded business data. Vidhivrtti Solutions LLP retains ownership of platform software, architecture, templates, workflows, code, system prompts, generic policy text, platform IP, and non-tenant-specific product IP unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Domains and termination

Custom domain configuration depends on DNS, certificate, hosting, and security requirements. On termination, white-label access may be disabled and domain mappings removed after transition obligations are handled.
