Barrister24 collects information needed to operate legal-service workflows, including contact details, matter details, pincode, district, documents, payment references, support messages, and user preferences. Sensitive legal information should be submitted only through approved platform flows.

Information is used to provide service intake, advocate profile routing, document handling, payment support, case-stage tracking, compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support. Barrister24 does not sell legal matter data.

Guest-user records are retained only until the work is marked done plus three business days, unless a longer period is required for legal, compliance, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution needs.

Users can contact privacy@barrister24.com for data access, correction, deletion, consent, or retention questions. Grievance escalation can be sent to grievance@barrister24.com.
