These terms govern use of Barrister24, a legal technology platform operated by Vidhivrtti Solutions LLP. By using the platform, users agree to provide accurate information, use approved payment flows, respect confidentiality, and avoid bypassing platform work and payment controls.

Barrister24 is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice as a platform. Advocate profiles, service workflows, document tools, and payment stages support structured intake and coordination. Any professional legal advice comes from the advocate engaged for the matter.

Users must not make direct payments to advocates for platform matters. Payment outside Barrister24 cannot be tracked for refunds, stage approval, payout release, dispute review, or completion status. Additional stage amounts must be approved through the platform before payment.

Guest-user matter records are retained until the work is marked done plus three business days, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, compliance, tax, fraud-prevention, payment, or dispute-resolution reasons.
